01 empty lionsA conference will be held on 26 May 2011 in Brussels hosted by the Bulgarian Member of the European Parliament, Mrs. Mariya Nedelcheva, which will present a research titled: " Vulnerability to exploitation and trafficking of Bulgarian children and adolescents in Greece". The event will be sponsored by Nobody's Children Foundation, Save the Children Albania Programme, Terre des Hommes and ECPAT and will take place at Room 6Q1 of the European Commission.

The aim of the conference will be to introduce the objectives of MARIO project "Protection of Children on the Move", to portray the European perspective on the problems of the migrant children, and to present the Greek and the Bulgarian response to the migrant children, with a special focus on Roma children.

Mrs. Antoaneta Vassileva, Secretary of the NCCTHB will participate in the conference. The list of the main participants in the event also includes: Nikolaos Chountis, MEP; Edit Bauer, MEP, Mariya Vassiliadou, EU Anti-Trafficking Coordinator, Svetlozar Georgiev, Ministry of Interior, Bulgaria, Marie-Anne Paraskevas, European Commission.
